Thank you to everyone to has helped us with the first week of our Class Recycling Challenge!
Remember we are recycling Tassimo Coffee Pods and their outer foil wrappers….Dried out pens and biscuit wrappers to help us raised money for school funds.
After the first week of collecting in our classes. The first collections have been counted and verified!
Well done to P3/4 who have collected lots of recycling this week!

The ‘Rag Bag’ recycling scheme has been developed to provide regular fundraising for schools in Scotland. It increases awareness of textile recycling and by increasing recycling rates we can help the environment by ensuring less material goes to landfill. The scheme is completely FREE, and our school will be paid for every kg recycled.
Our next Rag-Bag bulk collection will take place Thursday 13th October 2016. Please drop bags at main door on this date before 9.00am. Items can also be recycled throughout the year by popping bags into the recycling bin situated at main entrance of school.
Items accepted for recycling are:
Wearable Clothing Paired Shoes Handbags Belts

Sumdog are running their National Holiday Contest NOW!
Your child can learn while playing fun maths games.
All our children are entered in this contest and have their own passwords.

The Parent Council will be holding their Christmas Fayre on Wednesday 2nd December 2015!
Come along and join the fun….FREE ENTRY FOR EVERYONE!
Any donations of Raffle prizes, home baking and bottle tombola would be gratefully appreciated. Home baking should be handed in to school on the day of the Fayre.
