Christmas Fair, Thursday 5th December, 6pm – 8pm. This is great fun for all the family so please add the date to your diary. There will be fun games, home baking, class stalls and you could also grab some lovely Christmas gifts. Classes will be selling crafts they make and all funds raised on each class stall will go back into each class.
We are looking for donations to help this event be a great success. The items we are looking for are:-
* Home baking – brought into school on Thursday 5th December – please remember to label any Tupperware with your child’s name and class so they can be returned
* Tombola – any unwanted gift sets, bottles, unopened toys, boxes of sweets etc.
* Raffle – vouchers, gift experiences etc.
* Crafts – if any parents have time to make things that can be sold on the craft stall that would be a great help
We are also looking for volunteers who can help on the day with setting up stalls, decorating the hall and manning stalls. If you can help please email – mpsparentcouncil@mail.com
There will be stalls available to hire for local businesses/groups at a cost of £15 per stall plus a donation to the raffle. If you know anyone who would be interested in hiring a stall please get in touch.
